Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity
Those who have been drinking alcohol, are pregnant, or are in poor health cannot participate.
Please note that the event may be canceled without notice due to weather conditions, etc.
Children under 2 years old are not allowed to participate.
Participant aged 12 to 17 can participate without a parent or guardian, but parental consent is required.
Please remove any accessories and watches before the experience.
You will be asked to change into special river shoes.
For those who wear glasses, we provide glasses strings to prevent them from falling off.
Please use the coin lockers (1,000 yen/day) located in the Activity Center to store your belongings and valuables.
For safety reasons, you are not allowed to bring anything other than activity equipment (cameras, mobile phones, electronic devices, etc.) onto the river.
Dry suits will let in some water depending on individual body types and if you move too much.
Meeting time: Morning session (starts at 9:00AM) meets at 8:45AM / Afternoon session (starts at 13:30PM) meets at 13:15PM
Please note that if you are late for the meeting time, you will not be able to participate.
The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes. If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend that you bring motion sickness medication.
Underwear, change of clothes, small towel
We recommend that you bring a spare pair of contact lenses.
Easy-to-move-in tracksuits and other clothing are recommended. Jeans and skirts are not permitted. Long sleeves and long pants are recommended except in midsummer.
This activity involves getting on a special rubber boat with a paddle and working together with friends or family to steer the boat down the river. The location is the Shiribetsu River, a first-class river known as one of the purest in Japan. The beautiful scenery, including Mount Yotei, the Ezo Fuji, and the sense of unity with your friends are an outdoor experience unique to mountain resorts.
