- If there is any issue of flight delay or emergency situation, please contact us in advance for support. Grace period can be extended. However, free extension is not guaranteed to be fulfilled as it depends on the pick-up schedule of the day. The extension fee, if occurs, is to be paid to the driver directly on-site.
- In case you could not see or find the driver, please contact the operator immediately for assistance (The Operator Hotline will be displayed on your voucher). We do encourage you to contact to the operator immediately after landing.
- The driver information and pick-up spot will be provided the day before the pick-up. Please keep attention on your Over The Planet message.
- Please provide accurate information on the pick-up/drop-off location (hotel name, address, etc). If any issue arises due to incorrect information, you will be regarded as no-show and no refunds will not be granted.
