- Enter the car park off Wellington Parade, take a ticket and proceed through the boom gate, park underneath the hotel & take the lift to the ground floor where our team will welcome you. You may also find street parking.

• You MUST download the 'Global Ballooning Safe Travels' mobile app as per the notification messaged through the Viator system, sent to you upon confirmation of booking. You can enter your booking I.D and surname into this app to access your flight status & to contact the team out of hours. The Global Ballooning team will ask you for your email as the Viator system does not send this to the experience operator. If you don't receive this request, please contact Global Ballooning Australia immediately on +61 3 9428 5703 or via email on [email protected] • If you have not advised a local or international mobile contact number at the time of booking, you MUST call Global Ballooning Australia on +61 3 9428 5703 at least 7 days prior to your flight. Parking is available under the Pullman Hotel for a discounted rate of $10. All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions.
