Peruvian Cooking Classes
We are in June 7 Park - Kennedy Park, from there we walk to Surquillo market to know the products we are going to cook, and we will take advantage of that we are there in eating some artisan ice cream. Then we head to Harmony Inn Miraflores where we will start our cooking classes. We start cooking, choose our ingredients and start preparing the starter and leave it ready. At this time we will have the tasting of some of the exotic fruits we chose in the market, we can enjoy fruits and know where each one comes from. We continue with the preparation of the main dish, readying all the ingredients, when we have everything "almost" ready, we store all the utensils, we start plating our main dish. We continue with the history of Pisco Sour and its preparation, in the traditional way, we will also explain where the pisco comes from; and we are ready to prepare it in the shaker and taste. We finish with some photos and a moment to enjoy the exquisite Peruvian food. We only serve alcoholic beverages to travelers over 21. Guests under 21 years of age will be served non-alcoholic beverages.
