- Tours depart between 7:30 am and 8:00 am. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed once we receive your hotel or pick up address.
- It is worth noting that PeruRail does not allow passengers to choose seats on any of their different types of train, as the distribution is done automatically by the company’s system.

IMPORTANT: Please contact us as soon as you make your booking in order to arrange the details for your pickup. You can contact us at the phone/WhatsApp number provided. • Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. • One of our guides will meet you at your hotel in Cusco the evening before the tour in order to deliver your admission tickets and brief you on the activities for the next day. • Please note that due to restrictions from the train company, each traveler is allowed to bring carry-on luggage only, with a maximum weight of 5 kg. • You will need to show your original passport in order to board the train to Machu Picchu and to enter the archaeological site.
