- The tour will not be canceled for light rain
- If you arrive at the dock and are unable to board the boat, we will arrange transportation back to the hotel, and you will receive a refund
- We will notify you in advance if the tour is not feasible due to heavy rain (usually the day before or on the same day)
- If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather after it has commenced, a full refund will not be provided
- If you choose not to participate in the tour at your own discretion, a full refund will not be possible

- Additional optional water sports are available for children (ages 4 and above)
- Life jackets must be worn when boarding the yacht and snorkeling
- Suitcases or large luggage are not permitted
- Tipping is not mandatory, but if you are satisfied with the tour, it is recommended to tip 100 to 200 baht per team as a courtesy

- Tour accident insurance applies only during the tours
- Accidents caused by drinking or personal negligence are not covered by insurance
