- AIRPORTELs does not accept any partial retrieval request or pick up personal item(s) from the luggage during storage service
- For daily storage: You must pick up your luggage within 24 hours of the drop-off time. If your luggage stays past 24 hours, an additional surcharge will be accordingly applied to be paid directly to the AIRPORTELs staff
- If the customer does not meet the booking details or if the booking is out of service conditions, AIRPORTELs has the right to deny the booking or apply additional charges
- Luggage pick-up will be at the same location as drop-off
