(Subject to Option Inclusions)Consider up to 6 hours of visit for a better planning of your vacation day, not including transfer time. After arrival at Tour Location, bilingual staff will welcome you to take you to check in location, a non optional payment to be applied for for food and drinks will be collected, this payment is the credit you will have at 2 of the restaurants in the hotel for food and beverages, served by the waiters, not seating at restaurants, guide will explain the facilities available, the restrictions like the pool areas and then your fun day can commence. During this Beach Day Pass you will have available 30 minutes of Jet Ski, unlimited time for Snorkel, Boogie Boards, SUP, Surf Board and Kayak. Included by the beach are chairs, umbrellas and bathrooms. A bilingual staff is available at all times for assistance and guidance, but consider that you will be using all equipment on your own, not guided, explanation will be provided for a proper and fun use. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Minimum age to participate on tours 6 years old except Jet Ski age is 10 years old with an adult. Need a valid drivers license to drive jet ski. Guide will explain areas you are allow to use and the restricted ones.

If you are staying in any of this hotels transportation have a cost of 40 usd per person roundtrip. Hotels: Nobu, Hard Rock, Rancho San Lucas, Diamante, Zadun, Acre, Flora Farm. Children under 5 have no cost for the activity but if you are bringing a child under 5 years old and need a seat on the vehicle for transportation will have a a charge of 40 usd roundtrip for seating on vehicle and occupying a space, but if it is seating on parents lap wont have a cost. PLEASE NOTE: Transportation is included from the majority of the Hotels located in the tourist area of Los Cabos. If you dont find your hotel please let us know the name of the Hotel you will be staying in order for us to confirm if transportation is provided or we will provide you directions to the tour location. Please note transportation are from Hotels not vacation rentals, condos or private houses.

Once you make reservation we will contact you to confirm your pick up time on complementary basis if it is located on the Hotels that transportation is included. If you are staying on a Hotel were transportation is not included there is a fee of 40 usd per person round trip from Hotels like Zadun, Acre, Flora Farm, Diamante, Hard Rock, Nobu and Rancho San Lucas. If a child under 5 occupy a seat there is a charge also for transportation. IMPORTANT: People who have ingested drugs, narcotics, or intoxicating drinks are not allowed to participate on the activities. IMPORTANT: The weather conditions will be considered for the participation and development of all experiences.
