Through a visit to two local producers you will live a truly unique experience! In the Acetaia you will discover customs, anecdotes, traditions and production processes linked to Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, while in the Cellar the ancient ancestral method referring to wines produced by hand and respecting the highest quality! The Acetaia is located in the ancient country farmhouse, immersed in the greenery of the plain, while the cellar is on the hills of Modena and thanks to the special position, you can enjoy an exciting view! Two familiar and welcoming places where you will live a unique and extremely authentic experience! This experience is absolutely perfect for young couples, groups of friends and families! Infants, children and teenagers can participate, but only children at least 18 years of age or children at least 16 years of age but with explicit parental permission will be able to taste the wine. In the cellar you will visit the vineyard. Comfortable clothing is recommended!

The activity is based on a dual experience: in Acetaia and at a winery in the hills of Modena. The meeting point is in the vinegar factory, where it will be the first food and wine experience, and then move to the cellar, about 30 minutes drive from the first structure. Transportation is not included, so if you do not have a car, please let us know in advance to arrange it with a private driver (there are no taxis or buses in our area). During the activity the production processes and anecdotes that make Modena's black gold so fascinating, namely Traditional Balsamic, will be explained and at the end of the explanation 5 different types of balsamic will be tasted. Then, in the cellar, you will visit the vineyard, the production area and taste three different types of wine paired with typical cold cuts and mountain Parmesan cheese! Comfortable clothing is recommended. Infants, children and young people can participate, but only children with at least 18 years of age or young people with at least 16 years of age but with explicit parental permission can taste the wine.

  • The meeting point is located in Via Celeste 9 and the place is recognizable by a long street with street lamps and a gate in the middle of the same with a yellow wall. Transportation is NOT included, so we ask all guests to notify us in advance of the need.
