Hands on cooking class preparing a 3 course meal, 1 type of home made Ligurian fresh pasta with its own traditional sauce, 1 type of meat or seafood Ligurian dish, 1 Ligurian dessert. The meal will be enjoyed in Anna's garden with a beautiful sea view
Ligurian big "tortellini", green stuffed and dressed with typical walnut sauce made in the mortar
Casserole of stuffed big calamari cooked with fresh peas
A soft short bread cake with a core of fresh peaches and crumbled amaretti biscuits
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 15 minutes before departure time.
