Children with a height of 150cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
There is no luggage storage facility at the venue
The return time is before 17:00 on the same day. If the kimono is returned after the deadline, an extension fee will be charged. JPY 1,100 per 10 minutes. (Cash payment)
The fee for returning the kimono the next day is JPY 550 per person (can be extended to return the kimono the next day). If necessary, please communicate with the staff on the day and pay on site
Kimono Insurance: In-store tax-free system If you are worried about damage to your kimono, you can purchase additional items in the store (please ask the store staff for details)
For safety reasons, this product cannot be provided to pregnant tourists. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize.
It takes approximately 1 - 1.5 hours to select a kimono and get dressed.
Depending on the situation on the day, you may have to wait on site, please forgive me.
