- We kindly remind you that the tour you have booked is a shared experience with other travelers. The starting times for all tours are strictly adhered to, and there is a no-exceptions policy. Please ensure timely arrival to avoid any disruptions to your tour. Check-in start at the main entrance of Knossos (20 min before tour starting time), in front of the ticket office, where guests can meet their exclusive guide and receive their tickets. Tickets are valid for the selected time slot. Arriving outside this window result in denied entry, necessitating the purchase of a new entry ticket.

Your entry tickets are valid only for the scheduled time slot. If you arrive late and miss your entry, you may be required to purchase new tickets (approx. €20 per adult) at your own expense. For those arriving by car: Please allow extra time to find parking. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the tour start time.
