Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible

Grip socks are mandatory

Some attractions may pose risks due to ride height or the flexibility of the play area

Outside food and drinks, pets, sharp or firearms, and professional cameras are prohibited (unless special permission is granted)

The toddler space area is designated for children under 7 years old and requires parental supervision

Access to the lounge and toddler space incurs an additional charge
