- Please show us your ID and we will make a copy of it. Please fill in the necessary information on the "Usage Form".
- If the bicycle is left unattended and moved or stored, you will be responsible for all costs incurred in returning it to us.
- If the bicycle is left at a location other than the designated return store, the full cost of transporting the bicycle will be charged at actual cost.
- If during the rental period the bicycle becomes unable to be ridden due to a flat tire or other breakdown, you must immediately stop riding it and have it repaired at your own expense at the nearest bicycle shop, etc.
- We shall not be liable for any damage suffered by customers or third parties due to a breakdown or other cause of the rented item, unless such damage is attributable to us.
- Luggage storage (maximum side length less than 50 cm) is free of charge while you are using the rental bicycle. However, we cannot store cash or valuables. Please note that we are not responsible for theft or loss of items.

Important Information
- Visitors who come to rent please show your identity document and provide a photocopy. Please fill in the necessary information on the "Rental Document".
- The rental targets are mainly tourists from middle school students and above. Visitors under elementary school students must be accompanied by a guardian.
- When using the bicycle rental service, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited. Please pay attention before booking:
- Violation of traffic regulations such as the Road Traffic Act
- Use in dangerous or inappropriate places
- Park your bike somewhere other than where you return it
- Continue driving even when a malfunction that may lead to an accident has occurred
- Modification or damage to rental items (bicycles, keys and accessories, etc.)
- Sublet or transfer rental items (bicycles, keys and accessories, etc.) to a third party
Surcharges
Standards for claiming damages
If rental items (bicycles, keys, accessories, etc.) are stolen, lost, damaged or malfunctioned, the passenger will be responsible for the following amounts.
・Bicycle itself: 30,000 yen (upper limit)
・Car basket: 2,000 yen
・Lamp, reflector, bell: 200 yen each
・Dial type wire lock: 300 yen
・Puncture repair fee: 1,000 yen
If the bicycle becomes unusable due to a puncture or malfunction during the rental period, please stop riding immediately and go to the nearest bicycle shop to have it repaired at the customer's expense. In addition, even if damage occurs to the customer or a third party due to a malfunction of the rental item, the Company will not be held liable except for the damage caused by the Company. Additionally, if the bicycle is left unattended and moved or stored, the customer will be responsible for the entire cost of returning the bicycle.

Nighttime return
Night return trips (outside business hours until 9am the next day) cost an additional 700 yen. We will explain how to return the car, so please inform us in advance when checking in.

楽しかった
お店近くの駐車場がないこと以外は、楽しかったです。
江ノ島でイカ焼き食べました。そのあと金魚すくいをやって、わたあめ食べましたよ。
