At Kaiten Sushi Ginza Nobu, you can enjoy fresh ingredients in a conveyor belt sushi restaurant with a great atmosphere. The tuna is sourced from Yamayuki, an intermediate wholesaler that specializes in tuna and has many orders from high-end sushi restaurants in Ginza and other restaurants nationwide. Be sure to try the special dish made with "red sushi rice" made from carefully selected red rice vinegar.
