- Two children (aged 2-5) can travel for free with an adult rail pass holder if they do not require a seat. For each additional child beyond the second, a child rail pass is required.

Physical ticket (redemption needed): Present your E-voucher and passport to exchange for the physical pass at a green ticket machine or ticket reservation offices to redeem the physical ticket. QR Code Ticket: No physical ticket redemption is required. 1. Click on the button “Bind WEST QR Ticket to Account” below, and the screen will be redirected to the dedicated WEST QR website. 2. Register your account and ticket at the dedicated WEST QR website. 3. On the day of using the WEST QR ticket, click on the “Start Using” button on the dedicated WEST QR website and the QR code will be displayed. 4. Point the QR code at the QR code scanner on the ticket gate. Point the QR code at the QR code scanner at the ticket gate and pass through the gate. 5.
