Please place your order according to the "airport counter redemption date". Upon arrival in Japan, you must present your paperback voucher and redeem it for a physical JR pass at the designated location
Counter A15 pickup hours: 8:00 am–10:00 pm (GMT+8). Travelers on early morning flights should take special note and plan to visit the counter in advance for the exchange
Please check the correct number of tickets and passenger information on the spot when redeeming. Please note that the counter is not able to respond to product-related inquiries after you leaving the counter

－What You Can Expect－
With a Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass, you can take unlimited rides on the JR ordinary train, Limited Express, Hokuriku Shinkansen, and buses to travel from Osaka and Nagoya to Kanazawa, Toyama, and Gifu within a specified period of 5 days, including World Heritage Site Shirakawa-go and Gokayama. If you book after October 2023, You can enjoy reserved seats on the JR conventional line 6 times (excluding the limited express Haruka), and you can also ride on the Hokuriku Shinkansen between Kanazawa and Toyama as many times as you want (non-reserved seats).

- JR tickets are registered and the ordering process is complicated. Please provide the required information when placing your order. If there is any delay in ticket issuance, traveler should bear the responsibility
- Luggage Restrictions: Passengers may bring up to two pieces of luggage (not including umbrellas, walking sticks, carry-ons and bags), each piece may not weigh more than 30kg and its length, width and depth may not add up to more than 250cm, while its length may not exceed 200cm
- In the following cases, children are required to buy a child pass:
① when the child is using a reserved seat in an ordinary car
② when the child is traveling alone - [Refund Policy] For any “MCO redeemable vouchers” that have not been redeemed into a physical pass, you can apply for a refund within 11 months from the purchased date. However, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. We cannot issue new PASS or process refunds if the PASS are lost, stolen or partially used
