- Delays due to traffic will be communicated via SMS/WhatsApp;
- An official will meet and greet travellers on arrival at the airport or at the hotel lobby and will accompany them to the vehicle, which is clearly branded;
- The shortest and safest route will be used to transport travellers;
- The driver is not allowed to deviate from the agreed itinerary. Any changes to the agreed itinerary must be communicated and approved 4hrs before the trip;
- Travellers will be dropped at designated drop-off zones at airports and hotels;
- Bottled water will be served in vehicle.
