Please place your order according to the airport counter redemption date. Upon arrival in Japan, you must present your voucher and redeem it for a physical JR pass at the designated location.
Counter A15 pickup hours: 8:00 am–10:00 pm (GMT+8). Travelers on early morning flights should take special note and plan to visit the counter in advance for the exchange
Please check the correct number of tickets and passenger information on the spot when redeeming. Please note that the counter is not able to respond to product-related inquiries after you leave the counter

- Japan Rail Pass
This pass allows unrestricted travel on all JR lines for 7/14/21 days, including Shinkansen, limited express, rapid trains, express trains, and slow trains, as well as all JR bus lines, certain express lines, and the Miyajima JR ferry. Travel around Japan and save money on long-distance business trips with several destinations.
- Period of use: Please specify the expected date of use (within 30 days from the date of redemption) when redeeming the ticket and use it for 7/14/21 consecutive days from the date of redemption.
- To reserve a reserved seat, please bring your JR pass directly to the JR Ticket Office or Green Ticket Vending Machine (to reserve a seat). Please refer to the official website for on-site reservations.

- All JR Group lines and Shinkansen, limited express trains, express trains, rapid trains, local train, and BRT (some trains cannot be used), and on the Tokyo Monorail
*Non-reserved and reserved seats on the Shinkansen Nozomi and Mizuho are not available
- Aomori Railway (between Aomori and Hachinohe)
*Only available between Hachinohe and Aomori, between Aomori and Noheji, and between Hachinohe and Noheji riding local or express trains. Users not eligible to get off the train at stations other than Aomori, Noheji, and Hachinohe along the Aomori Railway with this pass
- IR Ishikawa Railway (between Kanazawa and Tsugata, local, and limited express trains only)
*Users not eligible to get off the train at stations other than Kanazawa and Tsumata along the IR Ishikawa Railway with this pass
- Ainokaze Toyama Railway (between Toyama and Takaoka, local trains only)
*Guests are not eligible to get off the train at stations other than Toyama and Takaoka along the Ainokaze Toyama Railway with this pass
- Local routes of JR bus companies (Except some local routes. The available routes are subject to change.)
*JR bus companies: JR Hokkaido Bus, JR Bus Tohoku, JR Bus Kanto, JR Tokai Bus, JR West Japan Bus, Chugoku JR Bus, JR Shikoku Bus, JR Kyushu Bus. The pass does not include the interval between the highway bus routes of each JR bus company

- Refund Policy: Any e-tickets that have not been exchanged for an official pass can be refunded. However, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. Please keep your vouchers safe as we cannot issue a new pass or process refunds if the pass is lost, stolen, or partially used
- Wheelchair seats are available on some Shinkansen and limited express trains. Please apply at the JR Ticket Office at each JR station from one month before the scheduled date of travel. However, reservations may not be possible due to the full capacity of trains

- This pass is only open for orders within 3 months from today
- Please choose the redemption date when placing your order. Refer to the official website for the scope of use and redemption locations
- Adult or child ticket holders can bring up to 2 children (1-5 years old) for free; however, a separate Child JR Pass is required for the third kid. Children under the age of 1 can travel free of charge on various trains
- The following circumstances require each child to purchase a children's rail pass:
- When the child uses their own reserved seat in an ordinary car (ordinary car reserved seat)
- When the child is traveling alone
- Please note that JR tickets are registered and the ordering process is complicated. Please provide the required information when placing your order
