Itinerary

Blue Mountains National Park

After leaving the hustle & bustle of Sydney, we cross the Nepean River and start climbing our way up into the UNESCO World heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park. Passing through quaint mountain villages and expansive valleys filled with Eucalyptus forests, we eventually reach the top of a vast plateaux dissected with deep canyons where we will spend the rest of our day exploring.

Our first introduction to the Blue Mountains wilderness. We travel through a rugged Eucalyptus forest and across the idyllic Glenbrook Creek before arriving at Portal lookout. Gaze out across the vast Cumberland plain as we stand on the very eastern edge of the Great Dividing Range overlooking the metropolis of Sydney.
