After the data limit is reached, the internet speed will be reduced to 128kbps.
Calculated by calendar day, the first day is calculated from the eSIM activation time to 23:59 pm (GMT+8) of the same day.

It must be installed and activated at the destination within 30 days after receiving the eSIM, otherwise the eSIM will become invalid and unusable.

Please do not delete eSIM after activating. The eSIM QR code can only be activated once. We are not able to assist you if the eSIM has been deleted from the device.

[Cancellation Policy]

Refunds are not eligible in the following cases:

The SIM card has expired
The SIM card has been activated successfully
The location of use does not meet the signal requirements
The mobile device has customized settings that prevent the use of some or all features of the SIM card
The mobile device is network locked or SIM locked
The buyer is dissatisfied with the internet speed or quality (due to network strength at the location, due to the customer's device not meeting requirements, etc.)
Other reasons after the SIM card has been activated
The buyer does not contact the provider when a product issue occurs
