At the scheduled time and after picking up at the hotel or apartment, we will move to the Sierra de Huelva, previously we will have a mountain breakfast with local products. We continue our journey until we reach the facilities to learn about the process of making Iberian ham, we will discover the natural environment where pigs are raised; the dehesa, a unique ecosystem times.During the visit to the drying room, we will taste the final product where we will put our senses to the test. At the end, we will move to Aracena to enjoy a guided walk and enjoy a tasting of traditional local cheeses.
