Hue
- 13:30: Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at Hue Hotel. - 14:30: Our first destination is Bich Hoa-Ngu My Thanh village, located next to Tam Giang Lagoon, is well-known for a plenty of colourful paintings on citizens’ walls of four-level houses. These paintings show us about Vietnam fisherman’s life and natural landscapes. Staying in the village you get to see lagoon scenery with bamboo boats, rivers, lotus ponds, flower gardens, scenes of residents catching fish and shrimp, etc.
Tam Giang Lagoon
- 15:00: Upon reaching Tam Giang Lagoon, our tour will board a local boat to enjoy the panoramic views. - 15:10: Next, we will have a chance kayaking to explore the mangrove forest ecosystem which is called “the lush green wall” surrounding the lagoon, create a scene filled with green for our group to stop and rest. - Next, we will soak in the cool water and experience a wide range of unique activities as a fisherman like setting the traps (đổ nò), and using our feet to catch the clams (đạp trìa) like a real local fisherman. - After catching seafood at Tam Giang lagoon, we will grill and enjoy seafood what we have caught on the boat with our own hands. - 16:10: Check-in floating house system where these local houses are built with unique architecture can make the whole float on the water, used as a resting place for fishermen in the middle of their working time. - 18:30: Enjoy the specialities dinner and admire the beauty of night at Lagoon. - Return to your hotel in Hue city.
