Apart from using the card in Hong Kong, wherever you see the "China T-union" logo on the card readers at public transport in Chia and Macau, you can use the Tourist Octopus Card to pay!

When using the Tourist Octopus – China T-Union Card on public transport in China and Macau, the pay will be deducted from the credits based on the HK to RMB *conversion rate on the card. All relevant payment record will be shown in the transaction record in the Octopus App for easy review.  (*the conversion rate includes the transaction fee).

Only applicable to the designated plan: [Travel in Hong Kong, Macau & GBA | General Version] Octopus Card for Tourists (including HKD 50) + Hong Kong Airport Express Adult One-Way/Round-Trip Ticket

• One-Way Ticket: Valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Expired tickets will not be accepted. (You can choose between Airport to City or City to Airport)
• Round-Trip Tickets: Outbound Journey- Must be used within 90 days from the date of voucher receipt. Return Journey- Must be used within 30 days from the date of the outbound journey. Expired tickets are not valid. (Only applicable for Airport to Urban Area and vice versa. The ticket is for single-person use only.)

• The $50 coupons can only be used for purchases of $600 or more, and 2 coupons can only be used for purchases of $1,200 or more
• Customers can use the e-coupons immediately after purchase and redeem them at the store at any time
• Calendar selection is for reference only, please select any day and the coupon can be used on any date before December 31, 2025
• This coupon is applicable to DUTY ZERO by cdf Hong Kong International Airport Store and stores in the city (applicable store details)
• This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with employee discounts or other payment offers
• The coupon is not applicable to the purchase of designated products such as Moutai, Hibiki, Yamazaki, Guojiao 1573 Classic, tobacco, general merchandise, water and plastic bags
• Please show the original copy of the coupon and the staff will collect it after use. Photocopies are not accepted
• This cash coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods, and no change is given back
• If you need to return the goods, the amount deducted from this cash coupon will not be refunded

－Additional Information－

• The "use date" selected when booking is the date you will collect the Octopus Card
  
• Please note that this product must be collected at "ETERNAL EAST TOURS Counter, Hong Kong International Airport Arrival Hall". If you are already in Hong Kong, you must go to the airport to collect the product. Do NOT book this product if you are unable to collect it at the designated airport counter
  
• Please recharge your Octopus Card when the balance reaches zero; otherwise, it cannot be used
  
• Octopus cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned. The unused balance on the card can be refunded in cash at any service counter at any MTR station (except the Airport Express counter)
  
• Please note that if you apply for a cash refund on your Octopus card, the card will no longer be usable
  
• If you need to use the refund the balance at the Airport Express counter at the airport, the on-site staff will take the card away and you will not be able to keep the card. For travelers who wish to keep the Octopus card, please apply for a cash refund at any service counter at any MTR station (except the Airport Express counter)
  
• Please note that the airport counter does not provide Octopus card balance refund service
  
• Tourist Octopus Card is only available to adults
  
• Octopus Card cannot be shared by more than one person traveling together on public transport
