Next, we will take a walk through the charming cobbled streets of the Old Town. With a history that goes back to 1673 and a splendid colonial architecture declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. There we will visit its squares, the imposing Metropolitan Cathedral and the Malecón, from which you can see a splendid view of the modern city.
From there we will head towards the Amador Causeway, an old breakwater created with material removed during the construction of the Canal, connecting 3 small islands where you can enjoy one of the best views of the city's skyline and take photos of the colorful letters of PANAMA.
Our guide will pick you up at your place of accommodation. We will go to the Panama Canal Visitors Center at the Miraflores Locks, where you will be able to observe the ships raising or lowering their level as they transit through the locks.
