From 1st April 2025: Meeting time is 08:00 at Evan Evans office: 258 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London, SW1V 1BS. The tour departs at 08:30 and finishes around 18:30 at London Victoria Train Station

Hot food and drinks, ice cream, and any foods with a strong odor are not allowed onboard the coach
You can leave the tour halfway through. Please inform your guide so that they won’t wait for you to come back. Please note that the local operator cannot guarantee the order of a tour, so if you would like to leave at a particular destination, then you will forgo any remaining stops
Guests with foldable wheelchairs are welcome on all the coach, provided they can transfer from their wheelchairs to the designated seats unaided or with assistance from a carer or relative. There is limited space on the coach. Please contact the local operator in advance
Please note that the staff cannot assist with boarding and wheeling during the tour due to health and safety regulations. Instead, your carer or relative may help you with your wheelchair or mobility scooter and getting in and out of the vehicle
