• Check-in is 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time at Island Tour Centre Dockyard (blue building), which is just a short walk down the wharf in the Royal Naval Dockyard - adjacent to the Dockyard Ferry stop • Please have your E-Ticket available for display on your mobile device, or print and bring with you • All tours are subject to weather and meeting a minimum number of participants to run • Participants must be able to walk on and off the boat via steps (up to 5-10 steps depending on tide level) • Not suitable for guests with limited mobility and/or confined to a wheelchair • Hamilton City is paved with sidewalks, mostly flat but there are some hills, inclines and uneven surfaces • Participants who depart the tour early and/or who are not back at the meeting locations at designated times do so at their own discretion and risk and will not be refunded in part or in full.
