Gimbap is the most popular lunch menu for Koreans. It also has different flavors, colors, characteristics and locality depending on the ingredients inside. It is widely used as a snack or fingerfood like Spanish tapas or Italian pincho due to its size and shape. Along with detailed instructions on ingredients and recipes, you can learn how to make gimbap with basic cooking skills. Also learn how to use the unique gimbap-making tool called 'Gimbal' will be very fun. After learning the basic Gimbap, you will learn 'Gyori Gimbap', and 'Ueong Gimbap', that are the representative gimbap in Gyeongju. Learn the origins, history, ingredients and how to prepare it. After making Gimbaps, you will have a chance to plating and eat. A box is provided for leftovers. This class is in English.
