Explore the hidden gems of rural west Limerick on a guided cycle ride along the Limerick Greenway, a traffic free cycling and walking route. This is a relaxed paced 10km ride tailored to your group. The route follows the line of the former railway between Templeglantine and Barnagh. We will take in the sights, sounds and smells of the countryside before cycling through Barnagh railway tunnel and visiting the Greenway Hub.

Once one of the highest train stations in Ireland this former railway station has recently been renovated and protected from the elements. Pictures show how close this building came to being consumed by nature. Admire the 1800's stonework and stop for a quick photo.
The old Barnagh railway tunnel built in the 1800's which lay closed to the public for decades is once again accessible via a spur off the main Limerick Greenway. Experience the thrill of traversing the 100m plus former railway tunnel cut deep into the hillside.
Scenic views across the lowlands of county Limerick, Clare and Cork. With hills and mountains along the skyline this is a stunning spot to soak up the views.
