- If a business/high roof/flat roof bus is used for the tour, children under the age of 8 are required by law to use a car seat. Travelers with children under 8 years old must contact the local travel agency to confirm the vehicle type and car seat rental (US$10/day). Failure to do so may result in a denial of admission
- Each traveler may carry 1 piece of large-size luggage under 28" and 20 kg as well as 1 piece of carry-on baggage
- The return time is subject to change due to traffic and weather. Please refrain from arranging other activities or flights on the day of the tour to avoid delays
- The tour guide will assist travelers who wish to attend optional experiences; otherwise, travelers are free to explore surrounding sights and agree on a meeting spot and time with the tour guide
- All tickets shall be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use tickets they purchased on their own (e.g. City Pass)

- In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) resulting in tour delays which cause travelers inconvenience or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered
- Please keep your luggage secure at all times. Travelers will be held responsible for any missing or damaged luggage. If a traveler loses or damages their luggage as a result of a vehicle's mechanical breakdown, only partial refunds will be issued

- Please provide a reachable contact number when booking, so we can contact you in case of emergencies
- Please arrive at each meeting point ahead of time as the bus leaves on time. No refunds will be issued to late arrivals
- Travelers who leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), will not be refunded or compensated
- Attractions may be closed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, and force majeure. The tour guide will adjust the itinerary or arrange substitute attractions under these circumstances. Prior notice will not be provided. Please consider before booking
- The vehicle type will be determined 2 days before departure, based on the number of travelers, which may include but is not limited to 7/14/55 - 61-seater vehicles, adjusted according to on-site availability, potentially offering other vehicle types
- Infants under 2 will be charged based on the vehicle type used on the day and whether they occupy a seat. If you are traveling with infant under 2, please contact Over The Planet in advance for confirming the available packages
- As per local regulations, children age under 8, or under 145 cm in height are required to use a child seat while traveling in a vehicle.
