The observatory is the place where is the most visible the North Korean territory so we can even see the North Korean life in there. Currently, the place is considered as a cultural tourist spot for peaceful reunification establishment of foundation. Extensive mud flat of the west coast and the tranquil North Korean territory across from the observatory make you feel peace and relax.
The café was the first Korean textile factory and reborn into the complex cultural space. The old building was abandoned for a long time and finally changed into a beautiful café which is combined old style with modern interior. Tourists can feel Korean culture and history through the various reminiscence things like old bicycle, sewing machine and signboard.
