Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or a stroller. Large luggage: will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload risk: If you have more or larger luggage, it is recommended that you book a suitable vehicle type so that all the luggage can be carried. The extra fees incurred due to failure to follow the reasonable number of passengers and luggage load recommended by the car model shall be borne by the passenger. 1. Child seats are not mandatory. Please make an appointment in advance if you need one. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. The child seat takes up 1.5 people's space, which may affect the passenger or luggage capacity. Please confirm in advance. Additional child seats require an additional fee of 2,000 yen/piece/day. If you need more than two safety seats, please confirm with the customer service.
2. The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours. The pick-up and drop-off points are both in hotels or B&Bs in Fukuoka City (for pick-ups in other places, the driver may be required to reserve empty driving time or pay additional fees based on the actual situation). If the departure or end point is not in Fukuoka, the service time is 8 hours. The service time is 08:00-20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably so as to fully enjoy the attractions.
3. Empty car fee: There may be a price difference if the departure or end point is in a different place. If so, the customer service will confirm with you again after placing the order.
4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the adding friends setting so that the local staff in Japan can contact you in time).
5. After placing an order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication on itinerary arrangements. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at the latest 3 hours before the car is used). Please note that you should wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
6. If the actual use of the car exceeds the service time or the travel distance, an overtime fee/extra mileage fee will be charged.
7. If the total journey exceeds 300 kilometers, JPY300/kilometer will be charged.
8. If the guests with a single stay in a city outside Fukuoka City, they need to subsidize the driver's accommodation fee separately: 8,000 yen.
9. Overtime rental due to traffic congestion, regardless of natural reasons or traffic control, will still be charged a surcharge. Important reminder: Please provide correct contact information to facilitate the supplier to contact
