When you visit Tito's Bunker in Konjic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, you will explore a big underground complex. This was built as a secret shelter for President Josip Broz Tito and his closest people during the Cold War. Inside, you'll see a lot of corridors, command centers, living areas, and even a private movie theater. The bunker shows how well it was engineered, with systems for air and communication, which were important for Yugoslavia's plans in case of a nuclear war. Now, the bunker is a museum and art gallery, giving you a special look at the history of the region and what happened during the Cold War.
Konjic Bridge
Guests visiting the Old Stone Bridge in Konjic will see a magnificent example of Ottoman bridge architecture spanning the Neretva River. Built in 1682, the bridge features six arches and is made of stone, with a length of approximately 10 meters. It is a significant cultural monument and a National Monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The bridge was rebuilt to its original form after being damaged during World War II and reopened in 2009.
