Ticket Redemption
You will receive your ticket from the driver. Know before you go: Be prepared for underground temperatures ranging between 57-61°F (14-16°C). Luggage larger than 30x20x10 centimeters is not permitted inside the mine. You can leave it on the bus. Toilet facilities are spaced along the route, 40 and 90 minutes respectively from the start of your tour. Please inform the supplier if your child is less than 150cm tall so that a child seat can be prepared.
