The lesson takes place in a private country house where you will learn the art of handmade pasta handed down to Jessica by her grandmothers.
Welcome breakfast, start of the lesson and after the lesson, we will all have lunch together with local products. Lunch includes Tuscan starters made with cold cuts and cheeses, pici prepared during the lesson, chianina aiata, tiramisu prepared during the lesson, red wine and water.
The pici we will eat during lunch are those produced during the lesson so you can taste what you have accomplished with your own hands
During the lesson we will also prepare Tiramisu to conclude our lunch on a sweet sweet note.
You will make your own way to the meeting points
