During this workshop, we choosed to allow you to taste exceptionnal products : such as caviar, foie gras and other delicacies iconic "french excellence", paired with classified Bordeaux Wines.
Come and enjoy a unique moment of exceptional food & wine pairing tasting, combining fine Bordeaux wines with iconic delicacies of French excellence! During this workshop, you will taste and pair 5 Fine Bordeaux wines (including 3 Classified Growths and old vintages) with : • Caviar, • Sturgeon with caviar rillettes toasts, • Artisanal foie gras, • Artisanal dried duck magret, • Cheese, • "Bean to Bar" chocolate made in Bordeaux Each pairing will be an opportunity to talk about the tasted products, their history, and the reasons why we propose each combination.
