Spend a day in nature between taste and excellence with a soft 5 km hiking along the gastronomic trail through ancient woods and vineyards. Enter a farm where you can visit the cattle farm and taste the finest Fassona Piemontese meat. Continue to the vineyards of a historic winery, where for 7 generations they have been producing typical wines such as Barbera and Grignolino and also a particular Metodo Classico from 100% Pinot Nero grapes.
Return to the starting point where you will meet Koen and Anne, two Belgian guys in love with Piedmont, who opened a farm where they cultivate native grapes naturally producing an excellent Freisa, to be tasted in a glass followed by the story of their passion for this territory of enogastronomical excellence.
Start a 5km hiking between woods and vineyards, with tasting of Fassona Piedmontese meat in a local farm, tasting of Barbera and Grignolino wines and visit to a winery with explanation of the production steps and a final tasting of Freisa wine.
