An immersive experience in Maremma nature and cuisine, through a tour discovering wild herbs and their use in cooking. You will be welcomed at La Maliosa by our staff and cook Francesca, who combines her culinary skills with a significant training as a holistic practitioner in Phytoalimurgy and Wellness. Francesca will take you on a walk through the farm's fields, and help you recognize and collect wild herbs, explaining their characteristics, properties and use in cooking. At the end of the walk, you will prepare fresh tagliatelle and a pesto with the wild herbs collected, which will make the perfect sauce combined with organic EVO oil from Fattoria La Maliosa. The experience will end with a tasting of the prepared course, paired with our natural red wine Saturnalia rosso served by an expert. You will receive the recipe of tagliatelle in print and digital format.
