During the activity Carlo and his Team including the nice and unique Olivero the founding father of the company, will explain step by step all the process steps taken to make homemade cold cuts of wild black pork. You will be guided on this sensory journey, in search of authentic flavors not yet disappeared and remained faithful to the Eugubina tradition. On request we have the opportunity to show you live our animals and the whole estate, where they live free grazing and away from intensive breeding. At the end of the tasting you can buy directly our natural products.
