Between the green of nature and the scent of lemon groves, you will start your farm tour with a welcome drink overlooking the beautiful bay of Naples. First stop is the “Farm” which owns D:O:P: brand. The farm strict line, stars from feeding animals, cheese making and finishing with home grown vegetables.Lia will introduce you to her farm and give you a taste of cheese, she will prepare typical caciottine, ricotta and mozzarella, adding fresh tomato salad accompanied with chilled wine.
Second stop is in the lemon grove, where all participants will taste homemade Limoncello with an illustration of an antique recipe, orange marmalades on bread and fresh lemonade. Afterwards you will walk together through the vineyard among the olive trees, you will taste extra virgin olive oil: plain, lemon, orange, basil oregano, rosemary and chilli on homemade bread. Last stop is “Pizza making” where Lia will explain how Neapolitan pizza is made, using a long traditional family recipe.

Of course the taste of each product is a must! Finally you will reach the main country house, were Lia and Zia Maria will teach you how to make mozzarella cheese, typical caciottine, ricotta and the famous caciocavallo.Here once again you get to taste the freshly made products!Last but not least you will prepare a pizza with your own hands, cooked in a traditional wooden oven, that you will enjoy together with farm products and wine! You can't miss out on a day like this, fully immersed in nature in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
