Orihara Shoten is a long-established sake store in Koto-ku, Tokyo, founded in 1868. The store sells mainly sake, but also shochu (Japanese liquor), wine, and other products. *This is an introduction only, and you will not enter the store.
Fukagawa Fudo Hall, with Fudo Myoo as its principal deity, is crowded with people praying for prosperity and protection from bad luck. Goma prayers are held every day on the temple grounds, and powerful drums echo through the air. It is also a popular sightseeing spot. Here, you can experience the Japanese omikuji culture called “wishing cards. Visitors can also enjoy a goma experience, which is a form of ascetic practice.
