The trip has a high value from an environmental and naturalistic point of view since in addition to the dolphin watching activity you will be able to admire the majestic limestone cliffs of Capo Figari and the wild nature of the Island of Figarolo and Cala Moresca. Nautical Service adheres to the "Il Golfo dei Finfini" project promoted by Worldrise, this guarantees that the sighting excursion is carried out in a sustainable manner and suited to the needs of the animals. The operators who will accompany you on this wonderful experience adopt a precise code of conduct and act responsibly and with total respect for the environment. Among the rules that are adopted are the maintenance of correct safety distances and adequate navigation speed. During this tour it is not possible to swim with the dolphins and it is not allowed to feed them to preserve their health. I took lots of photographs and discovered many curiosities about these incredible marine mammals.
The tour begins with a short route to Figarolo Island and continues with an exciting search for dolphins in the area, sailing in their natural habitat. Next, we will sail along the coast of Figarolo Island where we will see particular rocks and rocky landscapes, then continue to the promontory of Capo Figari to admire its imposing cliffs, the Bay of Lovers, the green cave, the mamuthones and the amphitheater.
Leaving behind the promontory of Capo Figari, swim in the beautiful Cala Moresca, a refreshing and relaxing stop with a swim and a dip in its clear waters.
Our last stop will be Figarolo Island Known by the name Gulf of Dolphins, it is characterized by the presence of a large colony of dolphins that populates and cheers these waters. Since dolphins live in complete freedom sightings cannot be guaranteed, generally the probability of seeing the dolphin is 90%. The trip has a high environmental and naturalistic value. There are also frequent sightings of mouflons, herons and tufted marangons.
