From Los Angeles in the morning, we will head to the Desert Hills Premium Outlets, and your shopping rush will be started. The outlets featured 180 designer stores of brand names such as Coach, Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Last Call by Neiman Marcus, Polo Ralph Lauren, Prada, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Salvatore Ferragamo, Tod's, Versace, Yves Saint Laurent, etc. Spend a day shopping at Desert Hills Premium outlets, the largest outlet center in US West. You can find the dream gifts you need for you or your friend, family here. We will be back in Los Angeles around the sunset time.

  • Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
  • The itinerary is for reference only. In case of force majeure, such as attraction closures due to holidays, unforeseen circumstances, adverse traffic, or weather conditions, the local tour company may modify or cancel the itinerary without prior notice or compensation
  • Travellers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification during the tour. Please carry your ID documents at all times
  • When making a reservation, please provide a reachable phone number while you're traveling, and we strongly advise obtaining a mobile SIM card with both internet and calling capabilities for emergencies
  • In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) resulting in tour delays which cause travelers inconvenience or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered
  • Please refer to your voucher for details, and be alert to change notifications as tour guide may adjust based on actual on-site conditions, emergencies, weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
  • In the event of adverse traffic, weather, and force majeure resulting in attraction cancellation, the supplier has the right to change the itinerary. The attraction tickets will be refunded (except those not covered in the package). Keep in mind that the registration fee is non-refundable
  • Please keep your luggage secure at all times. Travelers will be held responsible for any missing or damaged luggage. If a traveler loses or damages their luggage as a result of a vehicle's mechanical breakdown, only partial refunds will be issued
  • The return time is subject to change due to traffic and weather. Please refrain from arranging other activities or flights on the day of the tour to avoid delays
  • Smoking is prohibited in indoor facilities, and vehicles during the tour
  • Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle

Purchase Summary

  • As per local regulations, children age under 8 are required to use a child seat while traveling in a vehicle. Over The Planet provide the rental service for UD$10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves
  • In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip
  • The vehicle type will be determined 2 days before departure, based on the number of travelers, which may include but is not limited to 7/14/55 - 61-seater vehicles, adjusted according to on-site availability, potentially offering other vehicle types
  • Infants under 2 will be charged based on the vehicle type used on the day and whether they occupy a seat. If you are traveling with infant under 2, please contact Over The Planet in advance for confirming the available packages
  • Please arrive at each meeting point ahead of time as the bus leaves on time. No refunds will be issued to late arrivals 
  • Travelers who leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), will not be refunded or compensated
  • Traveller under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult
