All riders must be able to fully operate an ATV/Buggy in order to participate in the tour
Riders must complete a practice lap in order to continue on tour
Failure to do any of the before mentioned will result in removal from the tour and no refund will be issued

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
