Dasyueshan National Forest Recreation Area Ticket in Taichung
- The red maple leaves in autumn, the starry sky in summer, the sea of clouds in the evening, the muntjacs flying through the forest trails, and the thousand-year-old red cypress, the only sacred tree in Greater Taichung that is friendly to the public, are the most charming impressions of the Daxueshan National Forest Recreation Area.
- The altitude here is over 2,000 meters, and the climate is cool. Currently, only the Xiaoshenmu Trail and the Muma Trail have preserved the original cypress giant forest, which is one of the most beautiful scenery in the amusement park.
- Located at the deepest part of the amusement park, the 50-meter-high, over 1,400-year-old sacred tree was once the 11th largest tree in Taiwan
- Wildlife is the biggest treasure of the Snow Mountain: muntjacs, long-haired goats and white-faced flying squirrels liven up the night, while during the day, a variety of mountain birds such as imperial pheasants, blue-bellied pheasants and crested thrushes dance and dance.

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

How to get there
By bus: Walk about 5 minutes from the west exit of Fengyuan Railway (Zhongzheng Road) to take Fengyuan Bus No. 90, 206, 207 to Dongshi Station, then transfer to Bus No. 252 (only runs on Saturdays and Sundays) to Daxueshan National Forest Recreation Area
By car: Take National Highway 3 or National Highway 1 and turn to National Highway 4 (towards Dongshi) → Go down Fengyuan and turn left to Provincial Highway 3 (Fengshi Road to Dongshi) → Turn right after crossing Dongshi Bridge and turn to Provincial Highway 8 (Zhongzheng Road to Guguan) → Go straight on Zhongzheng Road for about 2 kilometers and turn left at the traffic light (Family Mart is on the right of the turn and Shuangqi Work Station is in front of the left) → Go straight to Dongkeng Road (Daxueshan Forest Road) → It takes about one hour and thirty minutes to reach Daxueshan National Forest Recreation Area
