Crete
The tour will start near the city of Heraklion. First, there will be some organizational moments, followed by a briefing. Then, you will get your Jeeps and depart for the Jeep safari.
Crete
Our journey takes us through the stunning valleys of Malevizi and Messara, home to millions of olive trees. We then go on an off-road jeep ride through the Asterousia mountain range, exploring rarely seen areas. We stop at an observation deck at the peak of the mountains to admire eagles and the breathtaking canyon and Libyan Sea in the background. Our adventure continues as we descend to the narrowest point of the gorge, only three meters wide, where we take a break to learn more about the gorge and take some pictures.
Crete
During our trip to southern Crete, we'll learn about the local tradition of goat-keeping from a shepherd. He'll show us how to feed, milk, and catch goats. Then, we'll cook Cretan goat cheese with him inside a cave, which is a unique experience. Finally, we'll get to taste the delicious cheese we made together.
