Join this cooking class for an unforgettable experience during your stay in Puglia. Chef Davide will be happy to host you in his country house located in an enchanting rural setting full of trulli, vineyards, olive groves and fields that farmers still cultivate and care for with their expert hands. After a welcome drink among the olive trees, you will visit the trulli of Davide's house, you will learn about their fascinating history and discover an almost 100-year-old trullo that has remained as it was and still houses a wood-burning oven. During the cooking class, you will learn the traditional recipe for fresh handmade pasta and, with the pasta you have made yourself, you will prepare a delicious first course.
