Once everyone gathers we’ll begin with introductions, and the cooking instructions and dish preparation will be conducted in English as we cook together we’ll enjoy a cultural exchange preparing and sharing the dishes as a group Not only will we explore Japanese culture, but we’ll also set aside time for participants to share aspects of their own cultures with the local kids. We have 2 dishes Thurdays : Udon Saturdays : Onigiri & Tempura
