I will explain cooking techniques that you can easily reproduce for your guests at home. I answer all your questions, I show you and then you carry out the preparation of the elements for our meal yourself. I show you that cooking can be fun and bring out your creativity.
To start our moment together, we go shopping at Marco's downstairs, which sells fresh and dried products from Puglia where he comes from. They explain the origin and history of the products we are going to cook. We go up to the kitchen and after an explanation of the progress of our preparations we put on an apron and get our hands dirty! It is about cooking a starter, a main course and a dessert. The menu is Franco-Italian, my two favorite cuisines (I'm French living in Rome with my husband). The menu is decided a few days before according to the season and your tastes. I explain some cooking techniques, the basics of the organization and after having prepared everything we have an aperitivo in the living room and taste all our preparations with Italian wine! All this against a backdrop of French and Italian music and in a good mood!
