Our trip with cooking class in the desert will give you an unforgettable lifetime experience. Camels, goats and other animals of the desert will cross your way. The smell of bonfire & bedouin tea.
Our guides are experienced and belong to the bedouin community of Wadi Rum. They will prepare delicious bedouin dishes with you on the fire, tea and coffee(please let us know, if you are vegetarian).
Spend the night in a traditional Bedouin camp with hot showers, comfy beds, bed linen and towels. You will wake up in the middle of the desert ! In the early morning you'll be the first and can take gorgeous pictures!
This is the most authentic way to get to know the desert.
After breakfast the next morning we will bring you back Or you decide to stay longer with us :-)

Prepare your Lunch We will meet you around 11 pm at he the Desert Rest House in Rum from where we will bring you to the cooking experience Learn how Bedouin men for centuries prepared delicious dishes in the desert! Come and watch Bedouin dishes being cooked in the desert of Jordan. Enjoy a Bedouin coffee. Listen to Bedouin stories When they were nomads and traveling for weeks or months they had to prepare all their meals themselves! We offer a variety of different traditional dishes and of course you will learn how to prepare the traditional Bedouin tea at Sunset time & Learn about the ritual of offering and serving coffee. Optional in the afternoon to prepare your dinner Optional: Stay overnight in a traditional and sustainable Bedouin Camp (with Dinner & Breakfast) and do a tour right after Lunch (4 hours with 4 hotspots in the desert: Classical Desert Tour 4x4) end at a sunset spot and enjoy a traditional dinner in the camp.
In the simplest form, koftas consist of balls of minced meat—usually beef or chicken —mixed with spices and sometimes other ingredients.
Cooked on the fire it has to be ready quickly: potatoes, a mix of vegetables
